Use of Products
The Sleep Squad makes no representations or warranties whatsoever as to the results you may obtain by using any product purchased from the website or retail location. You acknowledge that products purchased at the website or at our retail location are used at your sole risk, and The Sleep Squad shall not be liable in any way on account of your dissatisfaction with the results achieved from any such use or any injuries resulting therefrom.
Unauthorized Use of Products
The Sleep Squad shall not be liable for any claims, damages or injuries caused by your negligence, the misuse of any of our products by you or any third party to which you provide access to our products, or any other damages or injuries arising out of your use of any of the products sold through the website.
Products purchased from The Sleep Squad are solely for the customer’s own use and not for resale. Customers must agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims asserted by a third party, regardless of the theory under which such claim is asserted, arising out of the resale or distribution of any products or materials by customer.

Every mattress is made-to-order. From the time you place your order, it could take up to 14 business days for your mattress to arrive to your home. Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays. If you have any question please contact us at 951-200-5418
We are only able to delivery online orders to our local area, at this time we are unable to ship nationwide.
For Retail Store and Online purchases:
The Sleep Squad is committed to delivering the right mattress to our customers. Select products that provide a Comfort Guarantee are eligible for our return policy, it gives you the chance to adjust to your new bed. You must use the mattress set for 30 nights before requesting a return or exchange. If after the 30 night adjustment period for select models you are not satisfied, you can request a one-time comfort return or exchange for a different mattress and foundation of equal or greater value. All bedding products are NOT returnable. Anything marked as final sale may also not be returned.
Adjustable base foundations/beds are not returnable.
Please refer to your manufacturer’s warranty. Returns or exchanges are subject to the following terms and conditions:
Mattress and foundation must be undamaged, unsoiled and free of stains or infestations.
You are responsible for paying any increase in price for the new mattress and foundation.
Delivery fees for the original purchase will not be refunded.
All law tags must be attached.
Manufacturers of Beautyrest Hybrid, Serta iComfort, Serta iSeries, and Sealy Hybrid mattresses offer longer 120 day comfort guarantees on their products.

Display mattresses are purchased AS IS with all faults. The entire risk as to their quality and performance is with the buyer. Display mattresses are not covered by any warranty and they are not eligible for refund, price adjustment, exchange or comfort guarantee. All sales of display mattresses are final. Should the mattress prove defective following purchase, the buyer and not the manufacturer, distributor, or retailer assumes the entire cost of all necessary servicing or repair.
Damage Reporting Requirement
Carefully examine your purchases upon delivery. Customers must report any visible damage (including stains, tears, smudges, snags, handprints, marks or other damage) to any mattress, foundation, bedframe or head/foot board within 72 hours of home delivery to be eligible for a refund or exchange based upon such visible damage.
If delivered items with visible damage are not reported within this timeframe, you cannot obtain a refund or exchange because of the visible damage. To report damages email: email@example.com
